1. Are you manufacturer?

Yes. Our Aivi Leather Factory is located in Guangzhou City, welcome to visit our factory.

2. Can you add my logo/brand/label on the products?
Yes. Logo can be added to your products, such as embossed or debossed logo, metal logo, laser cutting logo and silk print logo etc.

3. What is the MOQ of your products?
Usually, the MOQ is 100pcs per color per model for genuine leather products.

As for PU leather products, the MOQ is 500pcs each.
 
4. How to pay for the order?
50% deposit (because genuine leather is more expensive) before production and full balance before delivery, by T/T bank wire transfer, Trade Assurance, Paypal.

5. What is the policy for samples?
We can make it for your review and we charge some sample fee . Sample fee will be returned in later order. 
For long term clients, the sample will be free each time.

6. How long to finish samples and orders?
For samples, about 3-7 workdays.
For orders, about 12-30 workdays.
 
7. How long for shipping?
by express such as DHL, UPS, FedEx by air: 3 to 7 workdays
by sea: 8 to 31 workdays
 
8. Do you offer warranty for the product?
Yes, if it's our production mistake, we are willing to provide.
 
9. Do you offer customized package?
Yes, but it needs extra cost, all kind of package can be customized with your brand info. MOQ usually is 1000pcs to 3000pcs per design.
